This is the website of John Ure, an economist, an author, a consultant and a researcher but not a geek as my attempt to go digital vanilla shows!

I am currently focused on writing about the UN SDGs and Climate Change and Carbon Markets. A change from my previous focus on telecoms and digital policies and regulations.

I am also pursuing a data-sharing research project among pubic transport companies in Hong Kong, the extension of a project begun in 2020.
